Jeremy (long beard) working the front window was extremely rude . When I asked for a condiment he mumbled some stuff and then said they weren’t McDonalds so if I wanted certain condiments I should ask at the intercom bc they don’t charge, (implying I was trying to dodge paying) and then he said he wouldn’t now have to walk over there if I had asked earlier, as he pointed to a spot about 10 feet to get the item. He stomped over and got it then said “see” and threw it in the bag. I was in shock that someone would act so rude. Then he said oh I’m just a jokester, yeah right he is rude and pretends to joke when he insults people. Terrible. He also makes inappropriate comments to women calling them “sunshine” and “honey”, how uncomfortable , I bet he doesn’t talk that way to men that come thru there. Something is wrong with that guy and he should not be working the window.

Ever felt like the person taking your order just didn’t want to be doing so? I am a huge Arby’s fan but I gotta say Arby’s in Hudson ” you can do better”. Greeted with a lackadaisical “can I take your order?” I ordered and asked for “regular” fries ( mostly because I forgot what they are called – I’ve been forgetting names alot lately too but another story ) to which the response was ” do you want curly or krinkle? We don’t have REGULAR. I would like to suggest ” we have krinkle and curly would you like the krinkle fries? As a response – just a thought …At the window the person looked sharp and professional but unenthused again. As I received the order was provided a smile and “have a nice day” UNTIL I asked if there was ketchup -smile instantly dissapeared replaced by smirk and “nope” as I said thank you the reply was “yep” this is my LAST(ing) IMPRESSION of this Arbys . This is where Chic Filet has em all beat with the very well conditioned reply to all questions and thank you’s ( I just can’t remember what it is LOL)

Stopped in about 15 mins before closing and spoke w Brittney. I had spoken to her in the phone right before I came in. One of my kids have Celiac Disease, and I had mentioned this too her. She suggested I come in to make the order, so the proper accommodations could be made.

The blonde manager needs to go! The way she’s treating customers is really terrible. She didn’t treat me the way that she did Jeff, bit a few weeks ago she was very snappy with the staff and customers when we visited there. I’m glad Jeff stood up to her!!

Yep after it hits social media here comes the keyboard Warriors to bash the manager. See these people are okay for the customer calling the manager fing B first. So I’m guessing all these people leaving negative comments they love getting cursed out I would say at work too I guess. Were they both wrong yeah real strong language first by Jeff. wonder if he treats everybody like that in public or everyone he knows. See that’s the problem nowadays people think they can go to a private place and cuss somebody up and down and it’s okay and that person should take the abuse. I probably would have called the cops and had Jeff trespassed. I know I can’t wait to all the people ask me to for my comment.
