In the women toilet didn’t have any hooks to hang my purse and unfortunately I didn’t find at least tiny bacon in my ordered Chicken Bacon Ranch Loaded Fries

Got a deluxe Fish Sandwich and curly fries at the drive. Waited 10 minutes for the food. My curly fries were cold. I drove home about three minutes from Arby’s. My fish was colder than the curly fries. I took a bite of the fries and fish and then tossed them into the trash. Hopefully some of the animals at the land fill didn’t get sick.

I go to Arby’s at least once a week. Today the unsweet tea drink size was considerably smaller. I was told that this was to keep in line with McDonald’s. I paid $2.29 today and the small unsweet tea at McDonanld’s is $1.00. I don’t see how that is comparable. I will go somewhere else from now on.

Went through drive thru to start. Already could tell from the tune of how the order was taken;wasn’t going to be happy we are there. Bill came to 32.30 cent. It took awhile to get change for 100 dollar bill which was concerning and when we got the food to check to make sure everything was there; fries are cold. Peach lemonade had all flavoring at the bottom. No attempt to blend it. Fish sandwiches and jalapeño poppers where also cold. Pulled around to ask for fresh fries at least.

The staff here is very polite and seem like they have a great time working together. I was glad to see that, it’s very rare in today’s culture.

This is THE WORST Arby’s I have been to. None of the employees care. I ordered a 5 piece chicken tender, was charged for it, and only received 3. Normally, not a huge deal. But the fries are cold, and Arby’s is far too expensive to be receiving this type of service.

I don’t know if it’s upper management or the staff they hired but someone isn’t doing their job. I don’t think they listen because literally every time I go to Arby’s off state road they get my order wrong. Every time. Something needs to change

I recently purchased the new fish and chips and it was horrible!!! The fish was cold and mushy and the coating was like wet bread not crispy at all. French fries were also cold and wet. I think the food collected the stream in the styrafoam box. Clearly it sat around in the box too long. Also why did you take your onion rings off the menu? They were the best ones around!! I was so disappointed. I suggest not to keep the fish on your menus. Now your fish sandwich is really good!! And, bring back your onion rings please!
