3 strikes and you’re out. I love Arby’s, but I already have 2 cards for free meals. It took forever to get my lunch via drive thru. She sent me to the parking lot so I wouldn’t hold up the line. After waiting too long, I went inside to wait for my lunch. I’m done at Engle & Bagley.

If you would like service and food at this arbys, you may want to use the drive thru… if you go to the counter inside the restaurant, you will be ignored while the employees talk and joke with each other. If you try to get their attention by saying hello or excuse me, they will continue to ignore you.

Hard to break my routine of stopping for buffalo sliders before work. This place has a quick drive-thru. The food is always fresh and hot & the only con is every one in a while my drpepper will be watery syrup and no napkins. Otherwise, my favorite.

These photos show the reason that possibly there are no long lines at Arby’s Restaurants nationwide. I was at the drive thru this evening(January 24, 2017 at 6:PM) and ordered their Fish Sandwich Deluxe. There was NO ONE ahead of me, behind me in line and NO ONE inside at the counter.

Happy hour was $1 and their window sticker says $1 but they charged me 1.39 per slider. I asked why and they said their happy hour prices went up to 1.39 each. Take your sticker down or be honest. Idk if it’s still 1$ but when the window sticker is still up you have to honor the price. 3 stars because food is good and service is good.
