So they were short staffed and out of a lot of menu items. However, it just so happens that a regional supervisor was there to help. She was fantastic. She helped us with our food options and found a way to honor my app coupon after she realized their reader wasn’t working. Top notch “can do” attitude.

I stopped by the Mayfield heights location today at about 7pm and the drive thru line was wrapped around. The 2 men working inside moved the line very swifty and the young man at the window was very courteous and upbeat. My order was accurate and fresh. This was probably the best service I’ve experienced in a while

Nice courteous staff, which is a pleasant surprise in nowadays fast food places. Curly Fries were hot crispy and well seasoned. Sandwiches felt, looked, and tasted freshly made. Hopefully, it wasn’t just a luck of draw. As for the atmosphere- c’mon it’s a fast food joint.

Didn’t go inside, yet there was a long wait but the guy did us a roast beef sandwich for the wait. (It was a dry sandwich, but it was the thought that counts. Because he really didn’t have to). Stopped at this location after spending all day at the surgery center. Was sadly disappointed. Went through the drive through and there were only a couple cars in line. Had a fairly decent wait but wasn’t an issue. I ordered a #1 Beef & Cheddar with NO red ranch. When I finally paid and was giving my food the lid to my drink was not secured and it spilled a decent amount all over my paints and vehicle. The gentleman that handed me my drink didn’t even say a thing. With my food the sandwich didn’t have the red ranch removed and the curly fries tasted like they had been sitting out since the previous day. In looking at my receipt everything I had requested was noted and correct but the order was not. Poor service and no quality control. I won’t be back to this location! Very disappointed and frustrated.
