Tried the fancy new waygu beef burger and what I got was dry burger which was crusty on the edges of the meat. No particular great flavor. Total disappointment. Wife’s roast beef was good and service was friendly.

Good value and the fish sandwiches are always piping hot on Fridays during Lent. Wish I could say the same for the fries. My personal peeve – lukewarm fries. Not too many fast food places get that right and Arby’s is no exception.

Food took over 10 minutes to get, they forgot a sandwich, the fries were cold and soggy. The sandwiches were made poorly. And the kicker was they only had 2 cars in line and no one eating in the restaurant. They had at least 4 people behind the counter as well.

This Arby’s on Mentor Ave was quiet around 11:15 as my mom and I went in for an early lunch while waiting on a car repair. The staff was very friendly. Our Market Fresh sandwiches were great, looked just like the commercials! We shared the chicken salad and turkey bacon ranch sandwiches. Business picked up as expected through the noon hour, but even so, the manager very kindly helped us with the doors, holding them open for my wheelchair. I was, and am very appreciative. The location was clean, and actively cleaned as people came and went. It was the first time I’ve eaten in a restaurant of any sort in ages, and it was nice to get out and see some smiling people! Thank you Arby’s!
