Absolutely the best fast food restaurant in Marion, Ohio. I can honestly say this is the ONLY fast food place that has a 100% success rate as far as orders being correct. Staff is always friendly, the store manager is doing a wonderful job!!!!!!!

I ordered chicken sandwich was very good wife ordered a beef and cheddar the sandwich was rolled up into a ball the curly fries was not curly they where small pieces of fri over cooked and hard.

I went here about 3pm and there was no one else in the building, the lady that was taking my order seemed like she wanted to be anywhere else but there. She got me the wrong sliders after I repeated my order 3 times. When I went up to order more food, she took my order, and walked away, I am guessing to clock out because I could hear her yell from the back, “who is taking my headset? I am out of here!” another employee realized after awhile, that my food was up and finally handed it to me. There was no music in the lobby at all. Other then that, the food was good and the place was clean.

Stop here at least once a month normally great food, but this time our half pound roast beef sandwichs the meat was really thick cut, dry, and tuff, like it was the end of the roll of meat or something, not sure but definitely disappointed we were very hungry and already home out in the country so we pretty much had to eat it, or go hungry

Stopped by this location to try the Sweet Heat Chicken sandwich. No problems ordering or paying but when I drove down the road and looked at my sandwich there was no sauce on it. So I turned around and took it into the lobby. I told the woman behind the counter the issue and she told me that they were out of the sweet heat sauce and she found out that morning (this was about 130p). I asked for a refund because I only stopped to try the sandwich. I was trying to be polite but what I wanted to ask was why would they let someone order the sandwich knowing they were out of sauce?? Why not let me know they were out of sauce and ask if they could make me something else when I was ordering?? I only ordered that sandwich. I think it is bad service. No plans to return to that location.

Arby’s is always a go to place for me. Their gyros are awesome, and as authentic as anywhere else that says they’re Greek. They usually put out coupons every month, so it makes it an even more affordable place to eat if you feel it might be pricey otherwise. The only thing I was disappointed about on this visit, was I tried the Oreo Bites, they looked nothing like the picture, and had very little taste. They were $2.49 for five, so at $.50 a pop, they could’ve been a little better.
