Don’t expect a Michelin star, it’s fast food. Perfectly meh and palatable. I don’t expect anything worse, or better from here. Eat the roast beef and go. Service was friendly, I’ll give them that.

Really bad food here. Usually Arby’s is pretty consistent, but the bun and meat were dry. They only had sweet iced tea to drink. Bathroom urinal was broken and had a plastic bag over it. Staff wasn’t fully engaged, but they did say goodbye. Can’t have high expectations for an Arby’s off the highway. Building looks nice from the outside though.

Nothing like paying for cold stale food only to discover this going down the road. I will be calling corporate to complain about this. Of course, can’t expect much from employees who look like Jerry Springer rejects with nose rings, piercings, and everything. So much for self pride and professionalism.

This place could use some improvement. Food was editable, place not like Arby’s where I live. Nothing to bragg about. If you are a Arby’s fan this place will change your mind. I went 4 miles out of the way to find an Arby’s and was disappointed.

When to stringtown road in Columbus they were out of roast beef and Ham didn’t have any milkshakes. They did have chicken and fries but no curly fries,this would be a good place to start a restaurant!!!
