Came here at 10:30 p.m. their hours are listed until midnight. Sat at the drive-thru speaker for 3 or 4 minutes. Despite all their lights being on and their sign being lit, I got no service. This location is frequently “out of beef” and I have a friend who used to work here who said the manager often said to pretend they didn’t have anything or not answer the speaker so they could take it easy. It looks like there’s a lot of truth in that. Wish I could give zero Stars. They didn’t earn a single one.

This location seems to close early whenever they feel like it. They all hang around the parking lot smoking. Not sure why they dont just go home. Must be because they’re still on the clock? At the drive through speaker one of the girls sitting outside told me they were open and someone would help me, but no one ever did. Another girl must’ve sensed she was in trouble because she approached my car and told me she worked at Olive Garden. Here are pictures of them sitting around outside. And also the girl with purple hair who just straight up ignored me at the drive thru. This was 1025pm.

Food was good but they no longer have jalapeño popers!? Why did these go away?? They are hands down the best thing Arby’s had to offer?? Oh wwell, service was okay except when I asked for jalapeño popers, I was greeted with a, “We don’t sell those anymore”.

I live close to this location so it’s convenient but if I don’t specifically request that my food be made correctly, it literally never is. Bacon is an especially big problem at this location. Does someone stand in the back and eat it all and then not have enough for orders? This is supposed to be a chicken bacon swiss with no tomato. At least I got one piece of bacon this time. No lettuce though. Literally not one other car at the restaurant while I was there so it’s not like they were busy.

I’d give this place a 1 but cashier was nice. Place is very dirty and trash all over. It’s 2pm and after lunch rush. No excuse for the mess. Saw employee walking by trash on counter by fountain drinks and didn’t touch anything. Guess this is why there is a Now Hiring on their outside sign.
