This is a nice location to visit. The food is always, the staff is nice, and the restaurant is clean. We ate her for a cheap dinner after we forgot to thaw out food. My wife ordered the Buffalo chicken wrap, I ordered the chicken salad sandwich with fries, and I also ordered a cherry turnover. All of the food was tasty and fresh, and the restaurant was very clean.

This was my first visit to this Arbys. I ordered roast beef sandwiches and chicken nuggets. Although the roast beef sandwiches were ok the nuggets were disgusting. They appeared to be very old and over cooked. Also the drive thru service individual was inattentive and zero engagement. Not recommended

The chicken was old, brown, dry on the chicken sliders. It is possible they gave me sliders from earlier in the day. I bought these 3 sliders in Canal Winchester on 5/18/2023 @ 6:25 or 6:30…how could rhe chicken be that hard, old, brown, and dry…only giving a 2 star because the fries were good. Son buy the chicken sliders here…my daughter’s chicken was tender and white. But I get dry, old, and hard. I could finish past the first one.

Ok, so it’s Arbys and I wanted to try the sliders. Well, suffice it to say the sliders are puny. They are literally bite size. I might feed thia ro my 18 month old grandson, but for an adult, you would need 6 to equal the big roast beef sandwich. See the photo.

Food was decent. Took a long time to get my order and there are 3 employees sitting on buckets in the kitchen area. Could use classes in customer service.

It’s fast food but better than fast food. I discovered their gyro. You can have it beef or Greek. I prefer Greek. It’s huge, you just can’t eat all of it in one sitting. Another plus is they have coke products.

Cheese was spoiled called them took back then only wanted to refund sandwich cost instead of full meal cost. Went home then and got the rest of fries and drink they can choke on it and don’t recommend a place that tries to refund partial amount. One employee was aggressive and management didn’t come out to even address the problem. Arby’s used to be back in the day a good place to dine or get dinner to take now it’s full of mouthy employees and a careless manager
