This place was extremely fast. No drive-through line at all to wait in. I was very surprised as soon as I ordered my food and pulled up to the window to pay for my food they were handing my food to me. The food was actually fresh, and for once, the fries were not old and reheated over and over. The woman at the window had a great attitude and was very friendly. I love it when you get someone waiting on you with an all-around great attitude and fast service. This Arby’s is much better than the one in Heath Ohio.

Now I know why I don’t go to Arby’s. The only good thing was the curly fries were hot and fresh. I got the Buffalo chicken wrap. Not much chicken, too much sauce it was overpowering everything else. The wrap was tough. Not soft or easy to eat. Only took 3 bites and couldn’t stomach the rest. Not good at all. If I was dining in, I would have taken it back.

Weren’t polite when ordering, very short with words and seemed annoyed with us ordering. All lights were out and took us a minute to order from not seeing the board well. Have an allergy and ordered a turkey gyro no tomato but there ended up being tomato and they weren’t happy when we came back for replacement.

We have gotten food from this location 3 times in the last 2 months. The previous 2 times were fine. Tonight was absolutely horrible. We got 4 roast beef sandwiches and a 4 piece chicken nugget with French fries. The roast beef just tasted like it had been reheated multiple times. Chicken nuggets were tiny and the French fries were cold. All of it Went in the trash. I feel we should be compensated in some way. Either a refund Or another meal at another time. Thank you for your attention To this matter.

Workers with long hair no nets! Worker with wool hat on and sweatshirt wiping his nose on his sleeve several times and waiting on customers. Some person with long crazy hair in shorts and T-shirt behind the counter putting his order in the register himself! I got French dip sandwich and the girl put too much water in it. Tried to tell the manager and he blew it off. Never offered to replace it!!!! I will never eat there. Disgusting!!!

Horrible! Ordered a mobile order of a medium curly fry at 2:35pm clock out for my 30 minute lunch to pick up. Restaurant didn’t even have my single item order that I couldn’t even order sauce for on the app. I had to circle the drive thru 4 times waiting on my order to come through on their end. I didn’t pick up my order till 3:01pm 26 minutes of my 30 minute break gone. Then on top of all the back and forth they couldn’t even compensate for the 2 cups of cheese sauce that you can’t even order on the app. $0.59 each cup that they couldn’t have said oh for your problem here ya go!!! Very nasty experience and I will never use their app again. Probably won’t visit this location for a very long time. I’ll go to one of the other two in my area before going back here for a while.
