When we got to the store there was not a single car in the parking lot or in drive-thru, the employee on the headset was very friendly and courteous as well. But the food we received was not at all worth the price. Sandwich was small and the meat was cold and the texture seemed off. The fry’s had to be sitting for awhile judging off the temperature as well. Not the best experience

i doordashed from there, got a french dip & swiss, I never got the au jus w my meal. it always comes with it. im sure it wasn’t the dashers fault, do better arbys on fredrica st. the dip is my favorite part, how do u expect me to eat it now? i’m heavily disappointed.

Over charged me for my food and didn’t fix it when I showed them. Also forgot to give me a drink that I ordered. Got two items off the 2 for 7 and was charged $10 just for the food. On top of that I had to go back in to get the rest of my stuff because they can’t even read the screen properly.

The fish was cold and overcook smelled very fishy. The fries were great. Took it back after 5miles away. The manager gave us part of our money back, had to pay for its fries.. don’t you think they should have given us the fries free. After driving all the way back… Never go to the Arby’s on Frederica in Owensboro

I use to love arbys roast beef sandwich and the cheese sauce it was my favorite thing to get…well as of tonight never again!! The roast beef was so old it tasted awful and the cheese sauce was soured or something because it was a totally different color and tasted really bad. So I go to the manager and I tell her and was really nice and told her and all she says is I’m sorry didn’t offer me another sandwich or anything! So I pay for the blt bc maybe it was just me, I knew I should’ve! It was awful too and again no care in the world to try and fix it or anything.The manager was on her phone and eating while on the floor! Like how unprofessional we was the only ppl in there but that doesnt mean do it. Yall gotta do better! People literally can’t do anything without looking on their phones at work! Maybe if they did or have managers that cared the food would be a lot better! Treat your customers better! Never again!
