My boyfriend had ordered the ORIGINAL white cheddar mac and cheese, when we got the box it had pieces of mashed potatoes and bacon on the side like it had been scooped out and then Mac and cheese was put in that same box. I asked if the utensils and sauces were in the bag before pulling off and they said yes, yet we didn’t get any of that. Also not understanding why they took the slider BOXES away because now it’s a whole big mess with the wrapper, they may not be able to do much about that but as a preference the boxes are better.

Food is almost always hot when going through the drive through and always yummy. Staff are super nice. Prices are decent, especially with coupons. As far as fast food restaurants go, this is my fav.

Check ur bag for the sauce and don’t try to call and tell them they forgot it bc they gonna say come get it. I didn’t feel like getting back out and had to take the kids bc I didn’t eat the arbys roast beef without the arbys sauce lol but it’s always great when u get it all together
