I went through the drive thru so I can’t speak to the atmosphere. The food is always very good and I will say…the drive thru has improved and moves much faster now. That was always a sore point when we went before…it would take so long to get through the drive thru. It moves much faster now and we appreciate the improvement!

Food is good, but service is poor. I ordered a regular roast beef with Arby’s sauce. There were no other customers in the restaurant and no cars other than mine in the drive thru. It took 12 minutes to get my sandwich and when I got home, I had no Arby’s sauce.

The food was good but we ordered chicken cheddar ranch. They was out of cheddar and they asked if we wanted a different kind of cheese. We asked what other. Kind so we chose swiss. Well if they are out of cheddar why do they have to charge us for the Swiss. When they were the ones to offer a different kind of cheese in the first place.

Went there for lunch today . The fries were not good and I should have asked for fresh but I didn’t. I got a chicken wrap which was decent but it definitely needed more meat or less tortilla. Food was decent and service. They were out of mozzarella sticks so that was a disappointment but I know the employees cant help that .I went here for lunch and my food was fresh . The cashier was friendly and I got my food quickly.

My husband tried to go through and get a sandwich at the drive through tonight at 9:50 pm. There was no response at the order board, and when he tried to order at the window, all staff turned their backs on him and refused to take an order. This is ten minutes prior to posted closing time. Unacceptable, Arbys. This location used to do way better than this.

Don’t eat here unless you want your money stolen. We had one order and had 2 different charges from this fast food place show up on our credit card statement. We called Arby’s and the best they could do was tell us the manager was out of town and there was nothing they could do. We will never eat here again and I advise you dont
