Absolutely a terrible experience. Me and my boyfriend went through the drive thru about 10 minutes ago. We get home and the only good thing about our order was the roast beef gyro. The fries were old and soggy. The buffalo chicken slider was very old and I had requested extra ranch on the slider and it said it on the receipt. There was barely any ranch. Very disappointed in this arbys. Would get a refund but I don’t even want to go back. I prefer the one in catlettsburg than this one.

Arby’s has really stepped up their game recently in the fast food business. Loaded cheese fries, different type of salad sandwiches, chicken, etc. They even have warm cookies now! Great job Arby’s!

My card was charged last week for $11 at this location and I haven’t been to this location in at least 6 months. Apparently it’s happened to many other people besides myself. That is simply bad business.

My husband and I went through drive thru. (It wasn’t busy at the time) we asked for 2 fish sandwiches with tater sauce only I had repeated the request 2 times not a hard request .we were parked, after about 3 min they came out with our food. We got home and they had put lettuce only on them even tho the grill ticket said no lettuce . Very disappointing visit!!!! You get screwed in the drive thru!!!!

My son was in the local hospital. I stopped to get a beef n cheddar. The nastiest sandwhich I’ve ever had. The roast beef was over cooked in the microwave. Which is uncalled for. The fries were old. Just nasty!! Do better crew.

We actually went through the drive through about 30 minutes before closings. Our order for 4 people was 50 bucks!! Absolutely horrible service! Not one thing we ordered was right, and before we could make a complaint they closed. I will never eat here again, that’s for sure
