I ordered a double cheddar classic, large meal, with extra cheese. I received a single with hardly no cheese and a small drink with a small fry. My fiance ordered a single classic cheddar with mozzarella sticks deal. He got no cheddar. $25 and some change to be continuously ripped off at this specific location!!! It doesn’t matter what thime of day you go, they’re not concerned with getting your order out in a timely manner or getting your order right, for that matter. SMH it’s sad that you have to drive to Florence to get any kind of decent fast food.

Hit the drive thru here often . Great Arby’s. Staff is pleasant and friendly. My order is always accurate and food is hot and fresh. Except ice cream related stuff like shakes. Those are cold. Drinks too. I digress. I trust this place and have given this location a lot of repeat biz.

We dined in and it was obvious that they don’t get very many customers in the restaurant. We had to go to the counter for everything, including ice and napkins. The staff were standing right behind the counter playing on their phones while one employee was taking care of our needs. If you are going through the drive thru, you should have a decent experience. But if you are looking to dine in somewhere, you might want to consider another place to eat.

Normal Arby’s fare. Had a few 2-for-$7 deals, and they were a good value. Did not receive any marinara sauce, but it was not a huge deal.

If you’re thinking about going to this Arby’s just don’t. I’ve been to this Arby’s twice and best experiences have been awful. Last experience today went to the drive-thru. Ordered my food. Wasn’t able to give me a total at the drive-thru. Had to come to the window for the total set at the window for 5 minutes. And had nobody acknowledged that I was there so I just went ahead and drove off. I seen a male and female employee inside behind the counter eating and messing around instead of taking care of the customer. There were absolutely no customers inside and I was the only one in the drive-thru. This will be my last time I will go to this location.

Still using the microwave to warm up their food. Literly everything I’ve ever ordered. That means they are using old cooked food. Go in and order and watch them, prove me wrong. I’ve never seen a fast food biz use a microwave. Even the roast beef. Your company is next. No one will pay for junk for a meal at 15 bucks a person.

If there is a zero star I would give it this was the worst Arby’s I have ever had in my life I did not get my cheese for my fries which I only got 15 fries and my sandwiches had the wrong button on them for some reason and only had one slice literally one slice of roast beef I can’t believe that they threw the food out the window looking like this my sandwiches were completely smashed into the sandwich box because of the way they bag the food and all I got to eat with a bun

Today I go in at 830pm drive thru closed. Np went to see hours of operation. Sign says drive thru closes at 830 and inside closes at 10pm. I was denied service inside as well….

3/10 9:30———This by faaaaaaar, the worst Arby’s in the world and unfortunately it’s right by my house, tonight takes the cake, on a regular night your lucky if your orders correct so always make sure it’s right before you leave but tonight I couldn’t even get an order put because even though there were two people inside they were closed at 9:30pm, couldn’t get an answer on the microphone so went around to the front couldn’t get an answer at the door even though there were people inside so I went back through the drive through and started honking the horn, after about 5 minutes someone finally came to the window and had an attitude asked her why she was closed she responded because it’s only me, asked her so that means you close a half hour early she again responded because it’s only me even though it wasn’t only her. Left here and went to the Lawrenceburg Arby’s at 9:49, guess who wasn’t closed and took my order and gave me amazing service after a good laugh about how terrible this store is. You guys could really learn a thing or two from them… video for proof.
