i’m not one to go online and leave bad reviews. but waited at LEAST 30 minutes in the drive through line just to get cold food. i will say, there were about 4 cars in front of me. the one person just got a shake! the lady at the window was very rude and whoever took my order was doing something on their phone, as i heard music and tapping sounds through the mic. the fries were ice cold and the sandwich was so dry, and cold as well. couldn’t even finish my meal 🙁

The manager is extremely rude and abusive to staff. Yelling at them and degrading them in front of customers. Handed one of her employees a toilet brush directly by where they prepare food in clear view of customers because I could see it while waiting for someone to take my order. Made me instantly lose my appetite. One thing I can’t stand is employee abuse. I left and went to another Arby’s. It’s bad enough they get abused by customers they don’t need it from the management too. One starvonly because I can’t give a NO stars review. Will be reporting to better business bureau

The roast beef tasted off like it was on the verge of spoiling. Against my better judgement I ate it anyways because I was really hungry. I haven’t thrown up or die yet, but it will probably be a long while before returning.

Went thru drive-thru at 1:30pm. Ordered a fish sandwich. Fish patty was ice cold? So disgusting. No one else around and not busy inside. Perhaps training is required for cook. Manager was working the window.

They got my order wrong so I had to drive 15 minutes back to the store for them to remake it wrong again. It was literally just a beef and cheddar. I didn’t add anything or change anything the first time they gave me a roast beef. Second time they put it on some weird bun

Went to the drive thru and the lid wasn’t on the drink good and the employee spilled it all over the side of my car. The food was good but the service sucked. They were also too slow. There were two cars behind me waiting and one in front of me. It took forever.

Got home with our order. Completely wrong. They gave me roast beef in a box instead of a double beef n cheddar and gave me the smallest French dip and Swiss (was supposed to be 1/2 pound). Drove back to the store to get it corrected. Shay was super sweet and apologetic. Had to wait 15 minutes for the manager to get out of the bathroom to authorize them to make the correct food. In the meantime, Austin from the drive thru butted in running his mouth and being rude. He was cussing at me and carrying on to the next two or three customers in the drive thru as well. The way he was carrying on he should have been fired on the spot! Disgrace! The manager was not apologetic nor did she want to listen to what was going on. She sent him to smoke. Wow! She heard him yelling and cussing at me and didn’t do anything to handle it. She wasn’t friendly or apologetic about the order mishap or the rude employee. Got home just now (almost an hour from original order now because they took 40 minutes to correct the food) and the 1/2 lb French dip and swiss is missing the swiss and the fries are cold. What the heck?! DO BETTER.
