My wife went inside as we stopped here coming through from Virginia. Staff was in a huge rush complaining about how they would never be out of there being so busy. After they gave her our order her receipt was crumpled and thrown in the garbage. She asked for it back, got it and came out. Our order was wrong missing items but the worst part was her sandwich was wrapped up and the CHEESE IS IN THE WRAPPER!! STORE MANAGER wouldn’t open the door and said come tomorrow. We’ll be contacting customer support and the health department.

Very good place to eat or grab on the way home from your commute. I give it a 4 star just for the cheese and cheese sauce on the hot ham and cheese. Combined with some tasty curly fries and a coke is a very nice meal! 4 stars!

Very time consuming.. Eveyone working acted as if they didnt want to work except for the girl taking orders. Bless her heart she was doing everything and u could tell she was starting to get upset.. Store 7504 in Pineville ky was right on the mark on my order about a year ago they left out my half pounder meal so today I give it another try boy I will be back it was delish and there staff was so nice there store has got it together give them a try you will be glad you did!!!!!!!!!
