I just came the drive through. I just got the wrong order. And that was on top of the cashier trying to argue with me about me missing something from my order. She claimed she didn’t charged me something that I know I ordered. And how I know it was the wrong order you ask? There where two people ahead of me waiting. I ordered the fish combo with crackle fries and a Dr. Pepper, and two regular Arby’s one with crackle fried and one with curly fries and both with Dr. Peppers. I got home I had all my fries and drinks, but I had to fight for the fish and got only one regular Arby and a cheddar (I didn’t order the cheddar).

Despite being understaffed during a Sunday lunch rush, the crew kept their cool and sorted the orders correctly. Most people will never understand how stressful working in a fast food restaurant can be.

It was the worst experience that I have ever had. I was on my lunch break about 1pm yesterday. We walked in and walked up to the counter and began looking at the menu, once we decided what we wanted, we stood there, and stood there, and stood there. For 10 minutes, the manager walked back and forth from the drive thru to the area when he bagged up the orders. He did this several times in 10 minutes. There was one person in the back making food. I can understand being short handed, but NOT once did he even acknowledge us standing there. He didn’t even look my way. Not once. I clearly was looking at him, and I was completely ignored. If nothing else, acknowledge the guest that just walked in and say something like I be right with you, something. I finally walked out and went down the road. I can’t rate the food because I never got that far.

I love Arby’s and the food but while the food here was good they made it Very VERY clear they lock their doors to their dining area early because they don’t want to clean the tables, My family and I had to sit there while eating and listen to the manager of the shift, of all people, chew out a newer employee because he was supposed to lock the door’s because they didn’t want people in the dining area to clean up after, this would have been understandable if it had been close to closing but it was at 5:00 they do not close till 9. This Arby’s has employee treatment and they certainly did not keep it professional in-front of customers. I will not be coming to this Arby’s again. Very disappointed.

Went through the drive-through, and it took 20 minutes just to get our food and the sizing of the fries and lemonade were incorrect. The girl at the window had a horrible attitude.

We ordered the 2 for $7 fish w/o tartar sauce. Our orders were correct and the food was very fresh! The workers were friendly and even though they were busy, the line moved quickly.
