Fast friendly and efficient! I was impressed immediately by the team, every team member said welcome. Food was out incredibly quick. I made a mistake on my order (totally my fault) they took care of me with a level of kindness I haven’t received anywhere else in Frankfort!

I had not eaten at Arby’s in over a year or so. But I went in the other day and I honestly wished I had not. Like there is carpet almost everywhere except where u order and pickup your food. But yes seeing all that carpet made it feel like it was dirty inside. I honestly hope they update the inside soon

Bought 2 Large Jamicha Shakes and I noticed that there’s something different with the way they look. There was NO Chocolate look about and NO Chocolate drizzle on top. Looked like a plain vanilla shake. The manager on shift assured me that is was MADE RIGHT. So I went home and looked up the picture on your website, load behold the shake was NOT made right. So I called 5o talk5to her. She was very rude as she continued to say she made it right. When I mention the Chocolate drizzle, then she tells me they’re out of product. Now I m a manager as well at a restaurant and as a manager it is our duty to make customers happy and not to treat rudely. At this point I wanted a refund, because the Chocolate is part drink that the taste. She raise her voice at me, refused my needs, and the hung up on me. This uncalled for over 2 $8.00 Large Jamicha Shakes!!!

Absolutely disgusting. Roast beef should not be so dry and crunchy that it hurts your teeth. Fries should not be so salty that you can’t swallow a bite without immediately following it with a drink. Every time I get food from this location and not the one on the west side of town, I end up still having the make dinner. Wish I could control which location door dash sends my order to, because it would NEVER be this one.

It’s a vibe everytime I come in here at night they playing good music (not obnoxiously loud for customers to be disrupted) everybody so nice and respectful, all smiling, they all seem to have a good attitude towards each other and customers. we usually end up having short conversations. Morale seems better than most places around theses days. They’re good about asking if I need anything. This is the only fast food place in Frankfort I can’t complain about. Y’all are the model restaurant for this town. Everybody needs to take notes from you all. My orders are never messed up , food is always warm. Keep doing you. I always enjoy coming in here.
