1 question; Why do restaurants allow their employees to handle ready to eat foods with their bare hands? No washing, sanitizing, or gloves, to be more exact. Then, the manager wants to act like the customer is the problem when the issue is addressed. The customer is always right mentality is non-existent in the food business today, so why would anyone expect good, clean, quality food. I do not want to taste your hat, face, hair shirt, pants, or anything else that does not belong in food… Bottom $ is the only thing

The only reason I don’t give them a 5 star is the manager and another employee were in plain view of drive thru, he was passionate about something and asked me to give him a second. He continued on for a few minutes more before I told him I would like to order and the other people behind me would also like to order. Poor customer service for sure. Food was good.

Female with pink/red hair has a horrible attitude. She was rude and laughed when asked to repeat the order to make sure our order was correct and when we told another employee what happened they all looked at us like we were the problem and supported the rude drive thru employee that had taken our order. Fries were cold and hard as well. Will not return to this specific location. Shame.

Classic crispy chicken sandwich badly done, the chicken fillet folded inside the sandwich, tons of mayonnaise spread inside and out of the bun and inside the bag. Terrible quality control! The services by the way were good.

Clean, respectable staff. It’s a fast food chain restaurant so there isn’t much brag about on here from a food perspective. Got our order right so there’s that. Getting a fast food order correct today is like hitting the lottery. If you like roast beef I guess this is the place for you.
