I just wish that they had something I could have ordered for my service dog. We got the classic beef and cheeder sandwiches. There was less meat than normal and hardly any cheese. You couldn’t even see the meat or the cheese when opening the sandwich wraper.

Food was excellent, but restaurant needs a face lift. It is very dated and could use a good paint job some serious deep cleaning. If you don’t mind a hole in the wall type restaurant you won’t mind eating inside.

The floor was so sticky that my Daughter just about fell if I wouldn’t of grabbed her. Tables were dirty. Floors looked like they haven’t been mopped for months. Employees were not friendly and was cussing about having to mopping the floor. Took our food and left because it was so nasty.

This arbys is in DIRE need if upgrading. It’s inside is very dirty and falling apart. It really did mess with the taste of the food, made me wonder if the cook is clean just because of how the kitchen/dinning room looks.

Cold curly fries. Food was disgusting. Old taste. Tomato in the buffalo wrap was really sour. We threw most of the food away because we couldn’t eat it. I called up there and all they said was sorry. Don’t waste your money because they do not care and food is not good quality.

I’m surprised in a town like Bardstown this place hasn’t been shut down yet, it’s not very clean at all, the cash register froze on me and I had to wait. The fries where ok but the poppers weren’t good.

Their food is good but you should have the time you can’t get what you order because they don’t give you what you order I’ve ordered that half pound Arby’s roast beef sandwich several times and I have to watch make sure I get it unless they give me or else they will give you the small Arby’s sandwiches in place of it I’ve told him several times about it and that doesn’t seem to matter they just grab whatever they want especially if you’re in the Drive-Thru if you’re not careful you have to watch what they give you when you’re in so I had to because to get it to go cuz if you get it to go like me I don’t live that close to there so it’s not worth the argument of me giving of going back there that night to get something different because I live so far from it but other than that I love that roast beef sandwiches but if you don’t get what you want it’s not worth going there so I cut way back on how I go there and when I do go there yeah I make sure I get what I want that I paid for

We waited 5 minutes at the speaker before anyone answered. They then told us they were out of mostly everything we wanted to order so we just ordered a few roast beef sliders and a large water. When we pulled up to the window the cashier was out of sorts and had a hard time completing simple tasks like getting our drink correct. Instead of water we got pink water. When we recieved our food it was almost inedible. It was like they gave us the left over pieces and crust of the meat. Everything was cold and greasy. I will not be going back to this arbys
