Went tonight got a wagyu burger meal I got #1. Got our order guy at the window didn’t ring the wagyu up as a meal so he got an attitude and ran got a drink and fry and said “you got this free “I said I can pay I don’t want anything free. He shewed me off with his hand. Got home my wife’s burger is raw pretty much she likes hers well done. Be different if they ask ,but they don’t you expect it to be done. So now she didn’t get to have this for dinner fed up with this place they can’t seem to get it together why???

I stopped on my way home, around 11:00. The employee was so extremely rude I am still speechless! It however did not just end there but he also proceeded to try and blame me for his bad night to the car in front of me I have never been treated as rudely as I was there! I mean we all have bad days at work and sometimes you have more on your plate than what you feel like you can handle I get it and I never even made it an issue I was waiting patiently, NO need for it! FOOD WAS GREAT JUST DON’T GO LATE AT NIGHT ESPECIALLY IF THERE’S ONLY ONE WORKER

I went to my local arbys tonight and it was about 20 minds to close. They let me know that which I feel was not necessary. Open is open! I spent 33 dollars on a bag of garbage. The fries were old old to hard to eat. My sandwichs were thrown together. I ordered nuggets they gave me cheese sticks. I don’t eat cheese sticks. They refunded me the money for the nuggets and sent me on my way with a bag of garbage. The man at the window had on a black shirt I think he was a manager. If you close at 11. That’s when you start to close. You can’t leave at 11. This was very disappointing. You just lost a loyal customer.

My mom and I went for a celebration of life for my cousin. Went to see my son, daughter in law and granddaughter afterwards. My son wasn’t feeling well, so the visit was cut short. My mom was hungry, so we stopped for dinner B4 heading home. Staff was very friendly and courteous!!

I do not normally eat at Arby’s, but I had coupons and tried them out. While standing in line, the clerk, Mgr, and a customer were just chatting. I waited 5 minutes for that to end. I changed an ingredient on my sandwich after being rung up. The Mgr rolled his eyes, and instead of changing it, he just took off to the cooks to tell them. Rolling eyes is such an immature behavior, especially from an older person. Not impressed at all!

Great friendly under staffed counter people. They got a handle on the situation quickly. (Several customers came in at same time and drive thru was backed up) As always the food was great. We ordered the Greek gyro and used a deal for 2 roast beef sandwiches for $5. Everything was delicious
