Stopped for a refresher last night. I tried a fruity lemonade drink.. It was pretty good. But as far as food. I’m glad we have something here aside of fast food burgers and tacos. Not a fan of the fast food industry, so I e been trying to stay away from the foods from them..

Went inside to order my meal to go. Ordered 1 medium classic roast beef sandwiches, 1 regular classic roast beef and 2 Greek gyros.and a medium curly fry. Got home and had both gyros, 1 classic roast beef, and 1 double beef and cheddar instead of 2 double classic roast beef. And my curly fry. On the receipt there was only 1 double classic roast beef ( which was actually a double beef and cheddar. So both tge cashier and the cook messed up my order. I live 35 minutes away so I didn’t feel like going back.

Very disappointed today. I am a regular and go out of my way to come to this arby’s often because the food is good, the fries are always hot and salted, the meat is usually cut perfect, especially the beef. This time though I was very disappointed by the cut of the beef. The meat was very thick and unappealing, and had crunchy areas that were borderline inedible. The meat was especially thick for the sandwiches i got, which was the little sliders. Its very hard to eat a small sandwich like that when the meat is so thick you barely get 3 slices. I hope next time i come back the meat is improved.

I don’t know what has happened to this Arby’s, maybe they can’t get enough workers? The last 2 times we stopped here we had to pull to the side and wait for our order, probably a good 10 to 15 minutes. Then when they brought the order out it was not our order. So we had to get back in line to let them know. They had us give them back the other order even after we touched it. I hope they didn’t give it to someone else! Plus wait for them to remake our order. I am a fan of Arby’s so I will give them a third chance or I will stop going to this location.

Fries were old, cold, and soggy. My Buffalo chicken sandwich had no Buffalo sauce on it. See the ripped parts on the chicken in the photo? Rock hard pieces i tore off it. Absolutely horrible meal. Worst Arby’s experience ever. Do not recommend this location at all.

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I came in to town to visit and was craving some roast beef. The food was nasty and cold. The beef is under portioned on the classic RB. The fries- I had to put in my air fryer cause they were still raw. They care more about smoking than they do the customers. It’s always the same ones always outside smoking. I wish I had a job that paid me to be outside smoking. I’m disgusted and will never be back again.

Got the 2 for $6 chicken sandwich deal. Each one had two tiny dried up hard as rock strips on it. How cheap can you get? Seriously, Arby’s can do better than this. At least have a single patty that is the size of the bun.

Won’t eat at Arbys ever again. I had the most violent food poisoning of my adult life from eating there last month. My doctor actually thought it might be pancreatitis and ordered a ct scan. That’s how violently ill that I was.
