The atmosphere and food of this Arby’s on Highway 51 is above par in every aspect. The service is fast and efficient, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the food mostly looks like it does on the menu pictures. The restaurant is clean and has been kept that way since it opened. There are very few times that you go to a fast food restaurant and get this level of commitment, and I have had many visits to this locale and have yet to be disappointed. If more businesses could emulate what these people are doing, they would enjoy more happy repeat customers. Try the Wagyu Burger, it is fabulous!

The food is always good and the manager makes you feel welcome. She’s amazing with my son who has special needs. It makes things so much easier for us. I highly recommend this Arby’s.

Took too long to go through drive through, food wasnt as good as other locations. Rubens sandwich had hardly no sourcrought, the blt’s had just 2 small peices of bacon and the bread on the Rubens was burnt. Not to mention the order was messed up, supposed to be 1 Ruben and 1 roast beef n cheddar with 2 blt’s

We walked in and the woman at the counter had her back to us. She had a good 3 inches of her crack showing. She then ignored us. A younger guy came up clearly frustrated with her and took our order. He was so nice and apologized several times for her not taking our order. Food came out quickly. You would think Yay for us, but no. We got 2 beef and cheddar combos, a chicken nugget meal and a kids chicken nugget. The fries were horrible. Old, cold, and hard. We didn’t get but a few actual curly fries. Just the end pieces mainly. The beef and cheddars were cold expect for for a hot dollop of cheese sauce in the very center. The chicken was hard and cold. Like little rock pebbles. The sauce station was at a very low or empty. The tables were not clean. I had to wipe it down along with the booth seat. I love Arby’s. But don’t eat it often because of experience like these. I probably should have known that it wasn’t gonna be great since it was dead at 530. But I really wanted some Arby’s.
