I’m a fan of Arby’s, and this one was decent. Good value, tasty curly fries, and super friendly service. Things I didn’t love: large fries were indiscernibly different than medium, and the whole restaurant was out of napkins (weird, right?).

Jeez, bathroom was disgusting!! I mean, come on…urine all over floor, “something” all over sink, and toilet seat was already up and obviously not been cleaned in sometime….

Arby’s is becoming one of our favorite fast food restaurants, but not as good as Chick-fil-A. Their food is consistently good, and the service is adequate. There is a lot of variance between the stores regarding service, but it seems they are working on it.

Rarely do you eat fast food when it’s anything more than just fast and convenient but last a the Arby’s in Martin, Tennessee, my food was perfect! Fries crispy and slider warm and the staff was so nice. Good Job Guys

I ordered the bacon ranch sandwich. I have not had Arby’s food in a long time. But I so remember that sandwich was not very good. The turkey was ice ice cold and the sandwich was cut in half. And one half barely had anything on it. Was not how I remembered it

This was the worst fast food experience I have ever had. The line was long, the manager came out twice to yell at the employees in front of the customers but did nothing to assist. Our chicken nuggets were cold in the middle, the fries were old or something they had a weird taste and the soda tasted like it ran through moldy lines. It took us 40 minutes for an order for three to go. Absolutely awful.

Very good. The fries tasted like they were cooked in very old oil. Kind of like it should have been changed last month. You could smell the oil when you open the bag. Also no napkins. But the roast beef was quite good.
