Got the 3 piece fish, 5 piece hot honey BBQ chicken with fries from the drive-thru. Had to sit at the window waiting for Ethan, at the drive-thru to come back after we got our order handed to us. I asked for tarter sauce, he said there’s no tarter sauce. I also had to request for ketchup and napkins to go with my order.

Twice now, I have gone through there and told the person taking the order and the person at the window what sauces I wanted. Both times, I never got my sauces. How hard is it to pay attention and put two little sauces in the bag? Today, they were out of roast beef at 6 pm. What is happening there?

Not only did I wait for my food which the kid at the window did apologize for but I got home( I live right down the road) and sandwich was not what I ordered and my fries were very cold! I’m extremely upset… want to say something else but I won’t!!

Why is it that companies force a person to use an app instead of taking your order over the phone? If you do not use an app they will not take your order. I would classify it as poor customer service, after all it is a service that is based on the customer not a contract. Disappointed!

Always good experiences. Stop here for lunch once in a while. Usually we use the drive through becuase its quick and convenient for getting back on the road and off to the next job. Their curly fries are my favorite especially pared with a shake.

I came to this Arby’s today for lunch and the younger kid at the drive through window was so sweet- I said I didn’t want my receipt but wish I got it so I could include their name in my review. My order was relatively fast, and it was correct.
