There’s a few things on the menu that I enjoy despite the fact that they’re not healthy choices at all. The orange cream shakes are great. They have a brisket sandwich. It’s really good and the cheese sticks are good. Greasy but good but unfortunately like so many companies these days they have gone woke and I have a hard time going there when they stick that kind of stuff in your face..

Employees were very friendly, but the food was awful. My top bun on my classic roast beef was burnt black. There is a huge difference between toasted and scorched. The curly fries tasted like cardboard and the Dr. Pepper tasted like carbonated water with no syrup. I doubt I’ll be back. I can’t waste money on food that isn’t edible.

Spent about 20 minutes in line with only 2 cars ahead of me. Gave me the wrong side and my French dip container was open and poured all over me and my car. However the staff was very nice.

This place is so slow, it’s literally faster to drive across town to the other Arby’s, order your food, go home and eat it in the time it takes this one to get your around the building in drive thru. What was the point in putting in 2 drive thru lanes if only one is ever open. They need alot of help here or better management

I have never gotten a bad meal at Arby’s. I like 5he fact that they have a choice of fries. I don’t always want the curly because they are seasoned. The crinkle are not.

I had talked to the manager at my job and she told me to visit the new Arby’s in Morristown TN. We went there that evening and it was great. The French dip was wonderful. We will make that location our go to Arby’s from now on.

Best fast food experience in a long time. I did drive thru, but noticed all of the staff I saw were more mature. Very busy at this new location, but very apologetic for taking what they considered was a long time.

Giving two stars because all workers were very friendly, no complaints there at all. I went during the dinner rush, they have two lanes open, however that didn’t make the difference in waiting 15-20 minutes. The girl taking orders was having trouble hearing orders (Again, not her fault). I also received cold food and the wrong drink with no straw. If I had to take my guess, things would have went more smoothly with management directing a bit better. I have high hopes for this place, I’m hoping it was just a bad night.
