This location is always great. Never had a screwed up order. Also, Arby’s has become my favorite place, beating out Chick-fil-A, to eat chicken sandwiches at a fast food joint. Its absolutely amazing, even when compared to a dine-in restaurant!

Oh.. my.. this is the worst Arby experience we have ever encountered. The food wasn’t good at all. The fries were stale and would pass as several days old. The drink machine was flat; both the coke and the Dr Pepper.

I was impressed with the level of customer service I received from Daniel. He was very friendly, patient with me since it was my 1st time there for breakfast & overall nice guy! My food was great, ordered chicken biscuit combo. The chicken was hot & fresh, biscuit was nice, fluffy & moist, even my hash browns was hot & delicious. Overall my experience was a good one! I definitely will be trying Arbys again.

Just tried Arby’s here I loudon for the first time ( 6/25/23 ) and did NOT enjoy the food. The lemonade has so much sugar in it, it was more like lemon syrup, fries were cold, and chicken sandwich made me sick, didn’t even finish all of my meal. Definitely wasn’t worth $11.75 let alone a dollar!

Open 24 hrs which is rare these days even for a truck stop. The food was delicious and hot and fresh. Order was spot on and the orange cream shake was the best, love it when they have that flavor in the early Spring and Summer!

Every time at 11 they won’t take food orders for 30+ mins cause of shift change. Why does it happen same time every night. Get off work only place open yet gotta wait 30 mins. No thank you

Went to Arbys in Loudon at 11:30 pm, they’re open 24 hours, got to the window and instead of taking my order I was told they were in the middle of a shift change and would not be taking orders!!! Shift changes happen all the time and restaurants don’t shut down because of this so I’m pretty confused!
