A relaxing little restaurant with accommodating staff conveniently located within walking distance of Allandale Falls Apartments. How close are we talking? I live towards the back of the Apartment Complex and it took me 9 minutes and 45 seconds to walk to this Arby’s. Perfect if you want to get some good grub but save cash on Gas. The staff is very chill and polite to the customer. Nowadays a lot of facilities has staff that have an attitude problem, or act entitled like their everyone else… leading to the customer being treated poorly. I’m happy to say that’s not the place here. Arby’s definitely has the beef and good quality beef too. Their beef is always fresh, and their Crinkle Fries are to die for. As many times as I’ve been here, I’ve never really had an issue with this place. Their dining area is clean and so are their bathrooms. Their condiments, soft drink machine, and trash is all conveniently right in the same area for your convenience. This is definitely the kind of place you would want to just come to to sit down and vibe in. All things considered, Dimmy’s giving this Arby’s 5 Stars out of 5 Stars! Definitely come here if you are a beef lover!

Food was good. People were nice, just didn’t get the order correct, but it was busy. So we still give them 5 stars and will be back. Politeness is a rare thing these days, and the drive up was very sweet and polite. One thing bring back the potato cakes.

Friendly customer service in place was clean. Food prices are higher than most fast food places. I got the brisket sandwich without the onions, it comes with mayonnaise and smoked provolone. I thought it came with cheddar. It was OK at best. Definitely not what I expected out of it. Don’t think I’ll get it again. Spend $16 for a meal along with side of mozzarella sticks. Think I’ll go up the road next time and get more of a value for my money

Ordered a fish sandwich. The fish had obviously been out of the fryer for quite some time. It was very dry and barely warm. Terrible, will never order again. In addition, I had a coupon for $1.00 off any sandwich and they only took 10% off (62 cents).

Pulled up to the window after they took our order she took our card asked for a receipt ignored our request slammed the drive thru window in our face and right behind the lady theirs a manager on a FaceTime call for one us very unprofessional especially at a fast food restaurant…. 10-15 minutes later finally get our food rude young man gives our food and we get the window slammed in our face once again!! Get into our bag fries at least an hour old had to throw away our fries mozz sticks were old couldn’t eat them either only thing was our drinks won’t be back!!!
