Terrible customer service. As soon as I walked into the store, I felt like I wasn’t supposed to be there. I asked one of the ladies where the bathroom was, and she looked at me like I was crazy. I proceeded to use the restroom, and before I even finished, I heard a loud lady yelling, “you got 2 minutes to get out of that bathroom.” I was thinking there’s no way she’s talking to me, then she said, “yes, I’m talking to you, the person in the bathroom.” I didn’t want any trouble, so I quickly left the bathroom. Before I could even get myself situated (I had just used the bathroom), she started saying, “we call the cops on people in the bathroom for longer than 5 minutes.” Absolutely disgusting. Arby’s is an absolute joke. I went out of my way to give them a chance, despite everyone I know saying how bad they are. Safe to say I won’t ever be returning.

Arby’s yum. This location was slow and unorganized, but the young staff provided great customer service, and the food was hot and fresh. The cost for a beef and cheddar meal was a little over $10, which seemed a little expensive to me for fast food. I purchased slider sandwiches deal for my child in place of a kid’s meal because passing on the beef n cheddar tradition is a necessity.

Changed my 5 star rating tonight due to continued rude drive thru service. Constantly pulling me forward. Always telling me it takes 5 minutes to cook chicken even though it always takes 3 times as long to get my food then what they tell me the cook time is. Currently at 15 minutes pulled around to front with multiple other people the person behind me just got there food. This is an unfortunate fall from grace for what used to be a great service restaurant. If service improves will review again. Also she came out as I was writing and asked what my order was. Told her I had 6 sliders she said 5 dropped them in my lap and walked away saying noting..if I could give 0 stars I would.

This Arby’s location was busy for lunch. Their drive thru and parking lot adjoins a heavy traffic road. I was told to pull forward around front wait for fresh fries. There were no dedicated drive thru or carryout parking spaces. The food was hot and fresh. There were no condiments in the bag despite asking for some. The drive thru wait was about 15 minutes.

After a plethora of excuses this has turned into one of the worst run Arby’s in the area. I highly advise you go to any other Arby’s. One of the slowest drive-thru ever been in my entire life and that’s even during the pandemic. Here’s a shocker even after waiting over 30 minutes in a Drive-Thru line, they got the order wrong. So I got to pay for cheddar cheese that doesn’t exist on the sandwiches. I absolutely love giving my money away to companies. Insert sarcasm here. How was the roast beef cold….I don’t mean room temperature but actually almost has a chill on it?

I placed an online order through the Arby’s website. The pickup time given was 6:36 PM. We arrived and checked in at the drive-thru at 6:30pm. We had to pull up and wait which was not a huge deal. Our food was not brought out to the vehicle until 6:56pm. We checked the food and the entire order was wrong with several items missing. Both our kids meal drinks were missing, both sandwiches were wrong. The kids meal items they did not have but they did not tell us that until after they brought out the bag. The items were all finally corrected, and we were brought the food and able to leave at 7:20 PM. All together we spent 50 minutes in the parking lor for 2 combos and 2 kid meals. At the least a manager should have apologized, offered a refund or something. They just kept making excuses. There were only 2 cars in line when we arrived at the restaurant as well. Absolutely ridiculous.

Ordered 2 sandwiches, one combo with a shake instead of a fountain drink. Only had 30 minutes for my lunch break and spent every single bit of it in the drive thru waiting for my food. The window attendant informed me 17 minutes into my wait that they hadn’t even “dropped” my fries yet (into the fryer) and asked me to pull to the front. I waited another 12 minutes and the manager came out with my order. I kindly asked “what was the problem with the fryer? The drive thru lady mentioned something about it” the manager said they’re equipment is down and that’s why it took so long. She immediately turned around shaking her head in annoyance of my rather simple question. Not going here again. Willing to drive the additional 7 miles to the one in the next town.
