The new “Wagu burger” is overpriced, overhyped and tasteless excuse for a hamburger. Arby’s won’t even post their price for this thing online I’m guessing because no one would go there to buy it after reading about the 50% Regular ground beef that is mixed in with American Wagu (keeping in mind that REAL Wagu is Japanese not American). In typical Arby’s style, they gob it together with what they themselves term as “McDonald’s Big Mac Sauce” (Yes, I asked them what their burger sauces was and that is exactly what they called it and that’s what it is – thousand island dressing) with shredded lettuce and thin sliced tomatoes and pickles. It had the potential to be good but they way Arby’s gobbed it together, all you could taste was “burger sauce.” Even pinching off a piece of meat and tasting it by itself, it literally had ZERO flavor and taste for any kind of “meat.” A large shake in comparison to a large soft drink is now a HUGE ripoff. They have reduced their shake cup sizes and raised the shake price to now $3.99. I can buy a half gallon of premium ice cream and sauce to make my own for this amount of $ and have a way better shake and much more than this so called LARGE size (10oz) rip off excuse for a milk shake. Needless to say $25 spent on 2 burgers, 1 lg fry with 1 lg soft drink and lg shake was a HUGE ripoff both in quality and quantity. It’ll be a cold, COLD day in July when I go back to Arby’s – they’re doing nothing but ripping people off in ever way they can figure how to do it!!!!

We ordered a half pound beef and cheddar with no red sauce, a Rib eye steak sandwich and large curly fries. The half pound had the red sauce, the Rib eye sandwich tasted as though the meat was spoiled and the large curly fry was only half full. This order cost me $29 and some change. If you want to waste your money this is definitely the place for you. Now if you would like to spend your money and actually get food you can eat then go somewhere else.

I can at least say the food was great. Unfortunately there seems to be a trend with customer service getting worse at fast food places. This was no exception.

For this location thumbs down . I wanted to try the new Steakburger. I ordered got to the window, order was $6 and some change. I thought to myself not bad for a combo. I asked for the combo and it was the price just for the sandwich . Initially, he said do I want the sandwich or meal. I said meal. I got to the window and he said next time you come be specific. I guess he didn’t know how to change the order on the cash register. He must of gotten flustered or something. I told him to forget after calling him an explicit name . I went across the street to the jack n box. I’ll try the new Burger in metro center where I work tomorrow.

THIEVES!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! I ordered my food on the app and had my confirmation number and they said I had already picked up my order and I hadn’t. They wouldn’t give me my food and wouldn’t refund me. They are thieves. Absolutely disgusting.

Never seen them open until the time of their posted hours. Everytime I drive by after I get off work (late at night) on the way home, all their lights are off and no cars are in sight or in the parking lot…..even though their hours say they are open for another 30min- 1hr. I don’t get it. Change your hours if you don’t have the staff.

Great food,. Fresh and hot! Will definitely go back,. Parking lot is a little bit difficult to access. Pull in drive for Brighton House apt’s or the Auto zone next door to get to parking lot for Arby’s.

Tried the bacon chicken ranch Mac and cheese and the Buffalo chicken slider. The slider was great but not a fan of the Mac and cheese, sticking to my go-to french dip and gyro.
