Arby’s has a problem giving up cheese dip for your fries. They charge you for 2 dips of curly fries in the cup of cheese that is really 1/3 of a cup. Then asked for a manager to fix this problem. No manager came to me while I ate. My fries were wasted, my money towards the cheese was wasted because it was left on the counter. No excuse, gotta be better Arby’s.

Got a buffalo chicken sandwich meal for lunch. I forgot to take a picture of it. It was well made and delicious though. The drive through was not too slow and we ordered a lot of food too. I had a routine experience today and will likely go back again. I will say that while this store can sometimes be slow, everything is always super fresh. Anything like fries or cheese sticks are always hot out of the fryer. Worth the wait.

The employees are extremely rude. Went through the drive thru and the lady that took our order was rude. The one at the window seemed nice enough. Sent my daughter in for some extra ketchup and to get another drink because I didn’t order enough… she stated she needed extra ketchup for her sister in the car and the worker rudely told her “yeah we don’t care”. We won’t be back.

UNSANITARY CONDITIONS! My son got food poisoning from eating at this restaurant on July 7th 2023. It was bad enough he had to be rushed to the emergency room. He couldn’t hold down any food or water for 24 hours. We were on vacation and had to cut our trip short. Do yourself a favor and stop at another restaurant in this city!

The drive through was slow, the drink machine was broken so only non carbonated drinks were available. The only exit from the parking lot is through the drive through and it is not wide enough for two lanes of traffic. Thus risking damage while people are leaving.

Wagubuger double burger for $12.00. They forgot to put tomato on it, only 2 stands of shredded lettuce, 1 soggy pickle chip, 2 thin half circles of onion. Taste was totally subpar. I expected more for the price and all their new wagu burger advertising. A customized high-end burger can be gotten elsewhere in this price range. Very disappointed, lesson learned.
