My three year olds first time eating a roast beef slider and going to Arby’s and she was so excited to see the curly fries and eat them, but I was only able to get like two curly fries in tact which made my child scream and cry in anger because I couldn’t find any more curly fries. Her crying didn’t stop till she drank some of her Dad’s orange cream shake. Thank goodness we were the only dine in eaters last night because my child’s screams are very loud. Overall my Classic French Dip & Swiss was really good and our au jus dip was pipping hot. Everything was hot and fresh even the Jalapeño poopers. That bronco berry sauce was delicious even my child cried when I took it away from her because she was literally just eating the sweet sauce instead of her food.

I ordered a 1/2 pound regular roast beef. Thru drive thru.. got the bag.. stated driving.. opened bag and it was a beef and cheddar.. yuck…I fed it to my dogs when I got home..

Service people seem nice but I drove off with this so called sandwich. Idk why I paid $8.63 because this is uncalled for. Looks nothing like the ads. Where’s the bacon, the onions, good even amount of turkey.. please don’t rush food to make look like this! Idk if I’ll visit again.

I a uber eats delivery driver. Uber eats does not provide us with carry bags…we have to purchase them. They are expensive. I asked for the 3 bags of food to be put in carry bags because I also had a tray with 2 large drinks. The girl refused. I had to make 2 trips to the house from my car to deliver the food. I have delivered from other Arbys and have never had this problem. I believe they forget the delivery drivers are helping them take care of THEIR CUSTOMERS!!! This is a picture of what I am talking about.

Ordered #2 beef and cheese, double with crinkled fries got home with a double beef no cheese with curly fries The girl told me there was only two people working so I was very patient for some fresh hot food. I waited longer then usual for a drive thru order, should have drove off Would have went back but they closed after I pulled off. I know we are all human but dang! Simple orders simple mistakes, I was the only person in line. Smh
