The food was delicious. The atmosphere between co-workers was loud cursettes. They had on false lashes, wigs, and extensions?! False long hook nails!!!???How is that allowed period? She even scratched me, handing me back my money. But she did apologize.

I go to get Arby’s for dinner one night. Waited a few before anyone ever said anything, & then as I was placing my order, the person taking it interrupted & asked if I needed anything else. Which at that point, I said yes as I’m still ordering. She said, “Continue what else?” I so did not like the attitude for one, I did NOT APPRECIATE THE RUDENESS EITHER. When I was done with my order, I said that would be all, she rudely says, just pull around. I got to the window & was told to pull up. I asked about my pymnt & this hepher huffs at me. I absolutely think it’s one of my worst experiences ever at Arby’s in Pell City by far the worst!! I got home & our bead was soggy & cheese pouring like water off our food. I love this Arby’s they always have the Best food and friendly services Great deals and Great service and a great atmosphere but every now and then their hot peppers bites are fried a bit too hard that is the only thing that I don’t like about this place I went ahead and gave them a 5* rating cause it is just every now and then I guess it depends on who cooks them maybe they can correct this minor problem. If not i have to lower their rating next time.

The food was good, as usual. The service was not so much. The sauce dispensers in the lobby only had two, and the cashier didn’t ask if we wanted any sauces with our food. I only saw three people working and it’s the beginning of the lunch shift so I understand a bit of rush, but the overall service felt inconsiderate towards customers.
