I ordered the new waygu bacon deluxe burger and did not get my bacon but was already on the road and did not go back. Was very slow and they were out of curly fries. Although the Krinkle fries were a good replacement. The burger however, was not worth the extra money. It was dry and was kinda of small for $12. Next time I will stick with the roast beef!

Horrible! Supposed to be an Orange Cream shake! What a ripoff! and ensure your staff has their hair pulled back the young lady at the window had hair flying all in and around my food. Will be so glad when corporate cracks down on this location! Terrible management! Not to mention always out of items other day orange shakes today fries and I paid for the Ribeye sandwiches and received regular roast beef sandwiches

They were doing well now the former manager is gone and the new management is apparently cutting corners. The store is dirty and two days in a row orange cream shake and jamocha shake look/taste like vanilla. I asked the employee and she stated the machine is set and they can’t change it. This is HORRIBLE! Give me what I pay for don’t try and cut corners by doing things like this! Up the price if required but give me a quality product!

Worst service I have ever had. First we got there and the line was super backed up to the door and no food was coming out. They were not taking orders the employees were just standing around with their head phones in. Second of all, after we ordered the food did not come out for another 20 minutes. When people go in to get “fast food”… they expect it to be faster than going to an actual restaurant and sitting down however, this was not the case for this Arby’s.

82 health score. I can’t believe it was that high. As soon as I walked in I got a nasty feeling. Everything felt dark and dirty. When I walked up to the counter I saw cleaning products on the shelf above the pastries, food all over the floor, it was just gross.
