Don’t go here! These people won’t take your order; no clean restrooms (ladies’ toilet bowl was disgusting!) Apparently they don’t believe in cleaning anything, as it was obvious from the trash bins overflowing with garbage at a time when lunch rush was over, so there was no excuse to not get served at this restaurant. Since I never reward bad service, I took my appetite & my wallet to Fazoli’s behind Arby’s!

Every time I come in this place it’s nothing but chaos! They got too many “children” and not enough employees. I’ve literally been standing here for almost 10 min and watched the first 5 minutes before the manager I guess that’s what she was asked the guy working in the back has he got my order and then it was another 5 minutes with the time it took him to fix the small order that I was picking up and her to walk up there from the front lobby to bag it and you would think she was waiting on Christmas to get here. Don’t even try to go through the drive-thru because you’re going to sit there for a good 5 minutes sometimes more before they even come on to the screen and ask you what you want to order. Went through the drive thru and this has to be the fastest time yet. Everyone is accustomed to waiting at this Arby’s. Even with the fast service the food was good and fresh. Enjoyed this visit.

I stopped by your 7065 Fort Payne, AL. Restaurant (usually stop by 1 to 2 times per week) ordered a Chicken Bacon Swiss and fries. When I got home I noticed the burger was spoiled so I tried to call the store and it kept going to Voicemail. I went back by today after work (around 5:15pm) order the 9 pcs. chicken nuggets and fries and brought the bad CBS burger back with my receipt and told them what had happened and they said they couldn’t do anything about it that I could come back tomorrow and talk with the GM Leann and she might be able to so something but they could NOT. I statred to tell them I didn’t want the order for tonight but decided to accept it anyway. I think this is very unprofessional and will not be back to any of your restaurants if this is not settled appropriately. All was asking for is to make up the bad sandwhich ( I had the bad sandwich and the receipt. I don’t understand, And would like to know if this is your policy.

I had to pull up and wait but everything I got was cold or old The chicken nuggets from the kids meal are so old I don’t see how they think a kid could even eat them they are hard as a rock… I ask for Apple turnover they had none as always so I settle with the cookie paid for it didn’t get it typical and then I tried to call because I live kind of far nobody picks up just all around terrible service and a waste of money

I came in and ordered a half pound roast beef with no bun because my mother-in-law is gluten free as well as two beef and cheddars. Well the half pound roast beef had a bun and both Beef and Cheddars had no cheddar. This is the third time in three visits that they have screwed up our order and now they have the phone off the hook.
