Food was exactly as you would expect from an established Arby’s. The employees were friendly and quick. The problem was the appearance of the dining room. I dont know if that’s a result of being short staffed or just not following proper protocols. I couldn’t see the kitchen but I did see that they scored a 99 in August. It’s not a 99 now! All trash needed to be emptied. The tables had not been cleaned, the sauces were empty and the drink bar had not been cleaned. Floor has not been swept or vacuumed. Pretty disappointing.

It’s okay but you can tell the staff hates their job. To be fair I understand not liking your job, but it’s just that they show it to the customers lol and some managers are extremely rude and unprofessional. My order is usually wrong, but the food is good!

We entered the store which was not busy at the time but we weren’t greeted & after 5 minutes of no employees coming to take our order we walked out. They saw us standing there but never acknowledged us so we haven’t been back since.

This is a different Arby’s than I usually attend but I noticed a common factor with all Arby’s. The food is great. Some of the best service of any fast food. You can tell that from the top down customer service is very important. Most businesses now do not seem to have any importance placed on customer service Thumbs up Arby’s.

We’ve been having issues with this locations drive through for almost 6 months now. Every drive through wait was 30 minutes plus every time (even with no line, if you’re the only waiting, doesn’t matter) Last night during 11pm (this location closes at 1am) We waited almost 30 minutes and no one ever ONCE said anything through the drive through box. We had a huge line behind us, eventually had people thinking we were holding up the line. I left but it doesn’t end there. I want this sandwhich BAD, Arby’s. So I go home and order it on doordash. The dasher then gets so frustrated with the drive thru, he refuses to pick it up or cancel it from his side. So I was forced to cancel my order. We called today to make sure there was someone working the store, and said something about the 3 hours of no one seemingly being there last night, he caught an insane attitude and said he didn’t know what we were talking about….

Alright, alright, I see you Arby’s. Got the BLT and it was ginormous. And they didn’t skimp on the bacon either. They were extra generous with the mayo though, but I love mayonnaise, so it worked for me

When I went in the Arby’s cashier messed up my order and when I ask for a refund the manager told me it would take 5 to 7 days for the transaction to go back onto my card, and my only concern is that I shouldn’t have to wait 5 to 7 business days for my money to be refunded back onto my card
