it’s fine. it’s an Arby’s. the people that work here are rude but I would probably be rude too if I had to work at Arby’s. one time I was so high that I drove off without my food. they were pretty cool about it.

Ordered a large tea from Talladega location tonight and couldn’t figure out why my straw was stopped up. Took the lid off my drink and found a plastic bag inside of it!! Not sure what could have been inside the bag but needless to say I lost my appetite!! Yuck!!

First when we got there no one greeted us or said it’ll take 5 minutes to be able to take our order because they’re waiting for Cashier to clock in so basically got ignored. Second it took 15 minutes to get our food because they were too busy talking to manager and being loud and only caring about getting the managers 3 bags of food out so she can go home. Third my food was given to the wrong person and all the cashier says to me is he has your food doesn’t even try to stop him. And lastly I go to use the restroom and the cashier didn’t even lock the door. Poor management horrible service
