Went today, it was seriously the worst experience EVER at an Arby’s.

I regularly frequent Arby’s somewhat late on Thursday evenings, and the service and food is always top-notch. Sometimes, other restaurants make you feel guilty for coming during their late (but open) hours; at those place, their staff don’t want to provide you with service or food and it shows. That is NOT the case with the Thursday evening staff at Arby’s. Thank you for welcoming customers with friendly and clear communication in the drive-thru and providing me with a fresh, hot meal without a long wait! A special shout-out to Isaac, as he’s always very friendly, professional and accurate with his service.

I have found the food at this Arby’s to be really good most of the time. The only issue I keep having is that the crinkle fries I order are not fresh or warm. I can’t order them to be delivered because I can’t be sure they will be good. I have to go in person so that I can check them while at the drive through window. Therefore, I purchase food from Arby’s a lot less now.

today me and my sister and her boyfriend went to Arby’s, I went to open my sandwich up to put the sauce on it and there was a dime in my food !!!! , went drove back and told them and asked for a manager and the just steady talking saying they will remake my food instead of getting the manager
