Went through the drive thru and Lashay was our cashier. She was phenomenal! Loved her energy, friendliness and professionalism. We had to wait a bit for our order, but was expected because of the time of night and what we ordered. Everything was great! Food was still hot and delicious when we got home. Will definitely stop by again!

Arby’s needs to stick with roast beef. Only thing they can do. Who ever is new product tester needs fired. Got my first and last hamburger there just now. The meat taste like it was precooked and kept warm in hot water. Not sure what that watery mayonnaise stuff is. It was oozing out. The green slice of core tomato was pretty rough. If someone cannot make a hamburger fit to eat they need another line of business. I’m speaking for the top down. Not the people who hate their job at the restaurant. The hamburger picture on the ads is not what you will get. It’s propaganda just like in Russia.

I’ve never been here before today but the staff was extremely friendly and kind. They were not very busy and made it a point to smile and chit chat. The food was excellent and as advertised 🙂

They stopped the 4 regular roast beef special so we stopped going to Arby’s. Too bad. It’s one of the better fast food places. But without the 4 roast beef sandwiches for the kids we can spend a few bucks more and go sit down and eat.

Food was hot and fresh. Great customer service. But the dining area was very disappointing. Almost every table was dirty. Had not been wiped down. And bathroom was very dirty.

Dining Room closed, the food was horrible, ice cold fries, ice cold sandwiches. The meat was slice really thick, which just ruined the entire meal. Just so gross. Drive thru person was friendly but food was only suitable for the dogs.
