I ordered the 2 for $7 and a drink told them more than 3 times for it to be FRESH I said that a lot he stated yes he repeated it back exactly The food I received was old and hard NOT FRESH this is the last time They don’t ever have your food FRESH when you ask it’s sad

Yesterday I went there. The fries were hard and undercooked. Backline was cussing. The sign in drive thru said only two people came to work. 4 employees were there. The sign was wrong. Only ONE person came in to work, and that was the nice lady who worked drive thru.

I used a coupon for my take out. Service was OK , a little slow , however. I couldn’t get over how dark the dining room was at 11:40a.m. It was dark like my basement. Did someone forget to turn the lights on? My eyes had to adjust. Overall, a positive experience. I’ve always liked Arbys sandwiches
