As I told the young lady at the drive thru we had been there the day before for the first time and the sandwich and fries were great . So we came back again today. This time we ordered $50.00 worth of food and when we got home the fries were yesterday’s so disappointed they were dark brown and hard as a rock all 4 orders will not return!!!

“Too many chiefs, and not enough indians.” That should say it all. You’ve got maybe 1 or 2 people that try really hard to provide good customer service. I cannot say that about ALL of your employees. The place needs to be cleaned up better, especially the rest rooms. Might be a better place with some attitude adjustments. I’ve even observed this behavior in some of your managers, not all, but some. Got your work cut out for you.

I sat for 30 mins in line for food and ended up leaving. I avoided the restaurant for a month and came back today because there wasn’t anyone in line I received my receipt at 1:14 pm and sat there until 1:25 pm. The employees at this location have no sense of urgency and can be seen bumbling around inside instead of preparing food. I don’t know what’s going on here but I hope the owner takes notice and either retrains it’s people or hires better employees. It feels like they are just hanging out putting food together when they feel like it.

It’s a hit or miss with this place, honestly. Their previous Manager they had there before who I believe his name was DeAndre or something along those lines (young heavy set brown-skinned gentlemen) did a good job with running that place while he was in charge, in my opinion. My food was never incorrect and I never had any issues. Ever since, it just all depends on who is working and/cooking. I know the other day, I stopped past to order inside because I really had to use the restroom, but both doors were locked, even though the hours stated the lobby closes at 10p. It was 9:30. I knocked, but the older black gentleman either didn’t hear me or didn’t bother to acknowledge me at the door. Oh well. I ended up having to head across the street to McDonalds because of this.

Went through drive thru horrible wait 30 minutes with only one person in front of me. Food was old and cold. $17.00 down the drain. I was in a rush otherwise I would have gone back and complained. Never will I go back there again. Must be under new management. Sad when people don’t care what they are doing or serving you.

Exceptional service at Arby’s today. Not that it’s ever been bad, but the young man at the register was most pleasant even as I was having difficulty hearing him, having left the house without my hearing aids. Service people get burned out fairly quickly oftentimes. Hope his good nature overrides burn.

Atmosphere was great. Price range not bad. We went for breakfast but ended up getting a Buffalo chicken wrap and a gyro. Arby’s never disappoints. Staff was fast and friendly.

Not only did they ask me if it was ok to give me my French dip without the au jus . The whole point of the sandwich. I get home to find they didn’t use the right meat, it’s think sliced chewy meat. Cheese not melted. Very very dissatisfied.

Was just in the drive through. Spent almost 30$ for my order to be given a small fry and told it is Medium! Above all, I waited 15 minutes for my order to be walked out to have cold sandwiches AND fries!
