It took about 15 minutes to make my food. I got three buffalo chicken sliders and 3 jalapeno roast beef sliders. The jalapeno roast beef sliders were ice-cold the buffalo chicken sliders we’re over sauced with both buffalo sauce and Ranch causing the Buns to be soaking wet, the root beer from their fountain had too much soda water to syrup ratio. I happen to be talking to a friend of mine, and he said that this Arby’s always sucks and I agree.

Very unhappy, sent my husband to buy me a beef n cheddar double meal and some sweets. He gets home and I open the wrapper and to my surprise it’s a single. Why did u charge us for a double meal and not give us what we ordered. Me and him will not be returning here.

Just a heads up the employees at this location are doing everything in their power to not have to work at all. From refusing to take cash payments to telling customers they are out of meat and sorry we are closed at 6pm on a week night. Whoever runs this joint good luck as your staff have successfully black balled your restaurant.

Curly Fries? Nope… Half a cup of crusty crumbs. Seriously… and Ribeye, Tasted good, but looked like they squished it together. You know, even if you don’t like your job, you could at least have the pride to do a good job while you’re there until you find a job that you like better. At the Arby’s in Punta Gorda, people smile and they’re happy and they prepare your food with care and the manager is there looking over every order and your food looks like it was served by a chef. So I’m comparing one Arby’s to another. The Alico Arby’s across from the mall, I will never go to again. What a waste of $13. And no, it wasn’t busy, I was the only car in line.
