That was my first visit to Arby’s. Based on google reviews(3.5/5), I decided to go there. But, I didn’t expect the food to be so good. To my surprise, it was way over my expectations. Customer service was excellent. I ordered a chicken burger meal, creamy orange shake, 6 piece chicken nuggets, and a separate chicken burger. It was very fulfilling for 2 people and, most importantly, the taste was very good. Curly fries were very tasty. The spicy hot sauce was very nice, and the coke was also better than many other places where the coke would taste bland. The ambiance was not so extraordinary, but it was neat and tidy. Overall, tastewise, it is better than McDonald’s and Burger King, on par with Wendy’s and Chick-fil-A. Vice versa for price.

Normally I love Arby’s. It’s about the only Fast Food I’ll eat… BUT the meat was cold, dry and discolored and the bun was stale. If this was my 1st experience with Arby’s it would be my last!

It’s not in the best of neighborhoods. The manager who took our order was very nice and apologize that we had to wait for our food. The roast beef sandwiches we’re good.
