It was okay but I didn’t notice the meat was severely undercooked till after eating. Which sucks now that I have stomach pain. It was also really pricey. Just go to Five Guys not far away in Sebring if you’re looking for a decent burger for the same price point as of here.

I’ll bet this Arby’s has particular sauces that would make the food taste quite a bit different, just like all of the other Arby’s that I’ve been to in my over 4 decades on this earth. I probably would have reluctantly gotten back into my car and driven back there to ask, if we had just gone home after going through the drive through instead of heading out of town on our way to an event. I’m sure the mozzarella sticks would not have been so hard to swallow and the roast beef sandwiches would have had more flavor as well as not been nearly as dry. When there are cars behind me and the drive through person acts like they are in a hurry, while at the same time you are in a hurry, you tend to assume everything is in the bag. Their job is to at least ask in order to make a reasonable effort for you to have a positive experience so you will come back. Fast food restaurants started trying to cut down on wasted condiments over a decade ago and have transitioned into a culture of maximizing their profits by depriving customers of the minimal staples that enhanced the flavor enough to get us to like it. But they are absolutely charging substantially more. Your loosing customers trying to save 25 cents. I review restaurants all over the country giving credit where it is earned, which doesn’t take anything beyond fulfilling expectations the restaurant sets, but I won’t return to a place that isn’t concerned with the customers experience. It absolutely does not take much effort and it starts with the manager setting expectations and establishing a mindset with all employees that the customer experience is top priority. It’s not all Arby’s fault, fast food as a whole has suffered unfortunately.

Please teach the girl at the front counter today some basic customer service skills. Between not greeting us, barking at us, talking over us as we tried to order it was not pleasant. She never made eye contact, said Thank you and kept pulling her phone out of her back pocket to look at it. Food was good

My kid and I went for milk shakes. We went through the drive thru. There wasn’t many people at all the or in the drive thru. Cashier was friendly enough but what we were impressed with … Was…. The milk shakes we ordered looked nice. The shake had whip cream and chocolate drizzle on top. It looked fancy. You can tell they car about their customers by the way they made our shakes. Very pleased.. go today and grab a shake. Try it for yourself.

Hot, fresh as ever food. Enjoying a nicely priced deal for a fast-food restaurant that they temporarily have. Fast as could be in service.

Food is fine as always, but damn hearing “is that it?” After every item I order is the most infuriating thing. Someone teach this staff how to conversate. It’s as simple as “Alright sounds good, what else can I do for you today?” I shouldn’t be able to tell that the rep hates working here. Just do your job and do it well.

I went drive through.. ordered a crispy chicken wrap and jalapeño bites. Went straight home to eat and the wrap is almost un- eatable!! The chicken is so dry and cold, just hard to even chew. The jalapeño bites are great. I have tried 3 times now to call and keep getting mailbox is full right off the bat. The place had no customers 8 minutes ago. I will be going back there tomorrow to speak with a manager !!

I have been driving past Arbys for many years, we just moved here and we saw a renovation taking place, prior I would say it was just okay, but now Something changed or someone ,the food is incredible, the gyro, burgers, orange creamsicle the best any where, the employees are doing a great job, pleasant and so welcoming, I hate to say it but my husband has tried every other fast food in the area we received dry burnt thin burgers, one place had no potatoes and it was mid afternoon, in addition mcdonalds close to main st had a very good breakfast egg mcmuffin, but now you cant beat Arbys keep the good work up!

I waited in line through the drive-through for over 45 minutes. When I finally got to the window it was a bunch of kids playing around in there not worried about the long line of cars that had gathered. They were slowly doing one Car at a time trying to get people to leave because of the Wait. The food was great but management needs to get A hold of staffing and figure this ou
