I ordered 2 double roast beef in the drive-through. I was charged for one and was given one. I told the girl at the window that I had ordered 2 sandwiches. He response was, “we charged you for one only. So I asked her to charge me for the 2nd sandwich and give me the 2nd sandwich. She said that she is not sure she can do it in her window and that I have to go back in line. Poor customer service

I really want to love Arby’s like I did in my childhood problem is they skimp on the cheese I even paid for extra and didn’t get it. I compared it to my husband’s sandwich and he got the same amount of cheese. The beef looks like it’s bologna. It’s not what I remembered and I have yet to see if I’ll go back.

There weren’t any other customers in the building, yet we waiting 5 mins before someone came out to take our order. And they only came out because i yelled “Hello anyone here.” Although, the fry person looked at us a couple times, but never told anyone we were waiting.

This is my local Arby’s closest to my house. I love the variety of sandwiches they have there in addition to the jalapeño poppers. They are absolutely divine. Very disappointing though that the restaurant does not have online ordering through their app. Not sure why this is. Sometimes they don’t have the ingredients to make all the things on the menu to.
