Went through the drive through where the Manager asked that I pull around front and they would bring me my order. Never happened. Parked and walked inside to see staff leaning on machines and talking and laughing. She handed my food and said sorry it just came up which was not true and I had to go back inside because they forgot two orders of fries. What’s the purpose of a drive through if I had to go in not once but twice for 4 sandwiches and 2 fries? Not nice!

The staff was very friendly and fast! The staff is very clean!! The restaurant is very clean!! The food was absolutely amazing!! Exactly as pictured!! The taste you know it was freshly made every person that walked in was greeted like a good friend and was treated like they were Family and no one else was around!! Worst arbys I’ve been to ever. Did mobile ordering, drive-thru was closed over 2 hours early, not a big deal. What was a big deal is the fact that they told everyone there picking up orders that they were out of tons of stuff. One of them was my items, the fish sandwich. They didn’t say they were out of the fish, the exact words were “we can’t make anymore fish tonight”. Also they we’re done with all turnovers ( we didn’t order this but they kept complaining about the orders of them coming in). Our order was placed right at 9, they don’t close until 11. I obviously wanted my money back for the fish, they told me they can’t refund anything and that I had to call corporate, now meantime the guy laughed on and on in my face because I refused a different sandwich, we came specifically for the fish. They were messing up a lot of orders, which is understandable because apparently a lot of people had ordered said fish according to them. The laughing guy could have been working but instead spent the entire time I was there laughing (mostly at my situation) so what a waste of paid labor. Anyways although I live on this side of town for Arby’s I will go to Orange City’s Arby’s or save it for road trips elsewhere. Also will not use online ordering again, and am contacting corporate about that too. Crazy how every other chain I frequent is able to cancel items they cannot serve and these people act like it’s my problem. Go somewhere else who isn’t trying to close down 2 hours early.

Tried their new fish and chips. The fish is NOT as pictured! The potions are tiny. The grease from the fish soaked through its container and the paper bag. You are paying fish-n-chip prices for good quality fish sticks and fries. Flavor is good.
