Good Arby’s food. Meets Arby’s standards for consistent taste and freshess. Tables and condiments area were clean. Cashier was a little hard to understand and didn’t offer a receipt. Otherwise a good experience.

Arby’s Roast Beef sandwich is a rare treat and I don’t stop by often, but after ordering a RB Double and driving home (4 miles) I discovered I had been served roast beef remnants, not sliced roast beef. I called the Arby’s and talked with the manager. When I asked about the condition of my sandwich she told be she wasn’t in charge of the slicer today. I asked, isn’t she in charge of the entire store? She said I could return the sandwich and I said Arby’s should pay for my gas. Why should your mistake or lack of quality control cost me? She said my gas would not be paid for and HUNG UP ON ME! I drove to the store to receive a refund and show the poor quality of the sandwich. The Manager, Patty, again said there was no way I would get compensated for gas and when I asked why they can’t strive for perfection in customer service, Patty and a coworker laughed loudly and said, Perfection? Haven’t you seen all these fast food restaurants today? The coworker told be to take my money and get out of the store. I get that many businesses are understaffed and the employees often are underpaid, but if you can’t operate ARBY’S at a high standard then just lock the doors and turn out the lights.

Sandwiches were excellent. Fries are not my favorite, but the rest of my family loves them. Terrific service…nice people, we were checked on at least twice and our trays were taken for us.

I know they have a problem finding people to work there, but I think it’s because no one wants to work with the people they already have. The big girl with the boat rope weave is extremely unpleasant. I was eating in the dining room and she was talking to another girl, dropping one f-bomb after another. Very disrespectful. Same goes for many of the kids working there. It’s a good thing they have decent food because the service is horrendous. I’m sure these people will find a way to screw up the food eventually.

My order was correct and the food was decent. My review is simply for the communication at this location. I used the drive thru went to pay with card the employee was not so kind in telling me they only take cash at the drive up and there was no visible communication stating that when I went to place my order.

Very disappointed! Spent $40.00 this is what we received as our beef and cheddar sandwiches all three. Both Hamburgers were burnt and the shake was not even mixed. Ask the young fellow for a receipt he said the receipt machine was broken how can we honestly know this was the correct price. This price better be all coming out of my bank account. This will be the last time we will come to Arby’s. Manager needs retraining

Kind of happy when they opened up an Arby’s here I haven’t been to one in years but I will say the service is kind of slow and they usually forget my cheese sauce and it’s super annoying to have to go back in and get it when I already went through the drive-through. Otherwise the food is good I do like the French dip and the roast beef sandwiches it’s a nice alternative to the common chicken/burger takeouts around Port Orange.

The numb nuts in the kitchen put probably 6 oz of tartar sauce on my fish sandwich today(4/20). I ended up tossing it in the trash because it was slathered in tartar. Outside of that the roast beef sandwich was good…hope the special Ed sandwich prep got a good laugh….my dogs wouldn’t eat it either, they liked their Roast beef , no lunch for me.
