Went there late night around 9-9:30. We thought they were closed at first because they had their sign off and no lights on around the building. The lady taking our order in the drive thru seemed irritated that we were even there. Had no good customer service, didn’t say thank you or even you’re welcome when we said it to her. The fries were dry and didn’t taste like they normally do, not sure if they were old or over cooked. I was disappointed because we normally go to a different location and the food is always good. Definitely won’t go back to this location.

The store is supposed to open at 10. We have been sitting in the drive thru for 15 min (it is 10:15) and no one has even acknowledged us. We drove to the front of the building and found an employee on a smoke break who told us just to wait another 10 min and they will get around to helping us. Wow. Just wow. Needless to say we left and will not be back.
