Giving this place 5 stars because of the employees. I’ve got to start getting names, but the crew working Thursday night on March 23rd did a great job. Fast efficient and with a great attitude. Used a coupon and when presented, he gave it back and said use it again. Food was hot and delivered in a timely manner. Good job.

This place is absolutely horrible. From the customer service to the food. You know it’s bad when your bread has more flavor than the meat. The girl at the front desk acted like she didnt even want to be at work, and the person making our food was slower than molasses. Y’all need people in there that actually want a job and will serve better food than what they are serving in there now. We are in town for 3 weeks for work, but I can promise you we will not be going back to Arbys again in those 3 weeks.
